Developing Policy and procedures, QAPI programs, facility system analysis and plan of correction recommendations. Assisting facilities to maintain a constant state of readiness for all Medicare and Medicaid survey and regulatory processes by conducting consistent reviews of facility processes to ensure and maintain compliance. This is accomplished by improving knowledge and performance for facility staff/interdisciplinary team members/regional management teams on Federal, State and Local regulations on individual compliance needs.
